What do Miranda Kerr, Phoebe Tonkin and Lara Bingle have in common? They all have gorgeous, fit bodies and they travel a lot. Oh, and they also have Charlotte Dodson, Australia’s best-known yoga guru. But you don’t have to be a high-flying celebrity in order to experience Dodson’s teaching because Westin Hotels & Resorts Australia is giving you access.
In collaboration with Westin, Dodson has created a travel yoga tool kit which includes a short yoga video tutorial and a downloadable yoga guide. Accessible on both The Westin Sydney and The Westin Melbourne websites, guests have easy access to these effective tools for creating and maintaining optimum wellness.
The partnership marks the unveiling of the Westin Well-being Movement, an ambitious USD$15 million brand-wide campaign designed to enhance the well-being of guests and associates around the world.
“I am thrilled to have partnered with Westin to create a yoga sequence which has the power to positively affect all aspects of the viewer’s life, from encouraging a great night’s sleep and helping with digestion, to increasing focus in work and allowing people to feel their best on the move,” Dodson recently stated in a press release.
“Beauty starts from within, and Westin’s innovative programs provide practical advice that is tailored to your mind, body and spirit, making it easy to maintain health and wellness while travelling,” she continued. “From the supremely comfortable Westin Heavenly Bed, to the tasty SuperfoodRxTM menu, every detail has been considered with guests’ well-being in mind.”
We are loving that Westin understand the busy schedule of a traveller doesn’t always allow us to take care of ourselves, so offering a little help to make things easy is always welcome.
