What’s all this about logging in (signing up) and membership?

We offer a free 7 day trial of the website. You will be able to access  all the classes (except FLYWELL) as well as several other short yoga videos. At the end of the Free Trial Offer period, you will lose access to the 7 day trial area when you next login to the site.  However if you like the site then sign up as a monthly member  for only $15 USD per month and gain access to the full length video classes to view online whenever you want to (Yoga on Demand) as well as all the  FLYWELL videos and audio.   If you don’t continue as a full member you will still be able to access the News, Healthy Living, About, Contact and the Shop.

During your Free Trial period you will be able to access all of the classes as well as several other short videos.   At the end of the Free Trial Offer period, you will lose access to these  when you next login to the site.  You will still be able to access the News, Healthy Living, About, Contact and the Shop.

In order to continue using Yoga TV and access the full versions of all eleven classes in YOGA ON DEMAND you will need to sign up for monthly membership.  This will also give you full access to the FLYWELL videos

Yoga on Demand  allows you to view the classes in your own time, as often as you like.  FLYWELL menu gives you access to ALL the videos

Full membership registration

If you register or upgrade for full Monthly Membership the extra menu item Yoga on Demand will appear the next time you sign in.  FLYWELL will appear on the top menu along with Yoga Studio  and below that will be  Yoga on Demand. If after upgrading your membership and you have signed in you do not see the Yoga on Demand menu item under the main menu item Yoga TV,  please let us know via the contact page.  We will then manually classify you as a full member

7 day free trial registration

After registering for a Free Trial you will sent an email to confirm your email address and registration is correct. On receipt of the confirmation email you need to click on the link in the email to confirm your registration.

Things that go wrong

If you put the wrong email address in when you register you will not get the email to confirm your registration – please check carefully the email you enter on the registration form, mistakes do happen.

The registration emails are sent fairly quickly, if you do not receive it within a reasonable time (10 minutes or so max) please check your email SPAM or JUNK folders before contacting us. We will do our best to get you registered ASAP.

Monthly Membership Subscription ($15 USD)

When you sign up for the monthly membership subscription it is just that, a subscription, which will be deducted from your account (PayPal) on a monthly basis until you cancel.  (there is no minimum or maximum period – it is entirely up to you).  We have to set up a recurring payment and this can at present only be done through PayPal.

When you subscribe, you will have access to a menu item called Yoga on Demand.  This gives full unlimited access to all the classes, as well as the FLYWELL videos, at any time to suit yourself.

We are always sorry to see members leave, but these things happen and you can unsubscribe  by clicking here and then on the “Unsubscribe” button.

This is where you can view all the various classes .  The classes are available during the 7 Day free Trial, as well as to full subscribing  Members.

Watching videos on your iPAD or iPHONE

Watching videos on your iPAD or iPHONE

All the videos on the website can be viewed on your iphone or ipad using a suitable app and connection to the  internet.

Purchased videos cannot be directly downloaded to your iphone or ipad  You must first download your purchased video onto your PC or laptop.

Possibly the easiest way to view your purchased video on your ipad or iphone is to upload the saved video from your PC or laptop to a service such as Dropbox or other cloud based service.

Once your class video is on (Dropbox) you can simply navigate to the file and play. You will need a good connection speed.

Unless you are one of the lucky ones with fast unlimited data access, please remember the videos are large and we would recommend this service is only used with a WiFi connection.

Problem Watching / Accessing A Class?

If the video stutters or stops, the most likely cause is because you are using an internet connection with insufficient bandwidth for the video mode selected.

  • Select normal size video (i.e. not full screen).
  • Select low resolution (i.e. not HD mode).
  • Make sure other applications running are not using the bandwidth e.g. collecting email, updates etc, or other users on your network are not downloading large files at the same time.
  • If you are watching YOGA TV and the class has not reached the scheduled end, you can try refreshing the page to reset the video, please note the above points which may have caused the problem in the first place.

Purchasing Classes in the Shop

All the full length classes  and FLYWELL videos are available in the shop for purchase.  They are grouped together under “Charlotte’s YOGA TV Classes” and “FLYWELL” videos in the Shop and will be supplied as a digital downloads in MP4 format.  You will receive an email (please look in your SPAM box if the email does not seem to have arrived)  soon after the purchase process has completed giving the link to download the class, which will enable you to save the class to your pc for future viewing.  There is no cost to you for shipping.

Apple does not permit video downloads direct to ipads/iphones.  We have had people download to Apple Macs and then transfer to their ipads with no problem.

We will be adding more classes to the Shop as they become available for download, so please keep checking on availability.

Can I pay in the Store if I don’t have a Paypal Account?

Yes you can!  Credit card payments are processed through the Paypal payment process.

If you don’t have a PayPal account you can still go through PayPal and then select to pay with your credit card. The transaction will be charged by PayPal,  but it will still go through on our order system and you’ll be able to place a successful order.

You will be given the opportunity to input your card details where you are asked to Login to Paypal, if you don’t have your own Paypal  account.

The videos files are large, about 300Mb, so downloads will take a while to complete, so please be patient.

You should have a good connection and not be running other programs such as email which may interrupt the download.

The number of times you can attempt to download the video is pre set and each click on the download link in your confirmation email will be registered as a download attempt, so please be patient 🙂

When you click on the download link on your purchase confirmation email, you will asked to RUN or SAVE the file – it is very important you SAVE the file to a location on your computer where you can find it again.  It is yours to view as often as you like.

If you have purchased several classes, please do not try to download all the videos at the same time because they are large and you may get timeout problems.

Downloaded a purchased video, but it doesn’t play properly?

When you purchase a class in the shop, it becomes your property to store on your PC to view as often as you like.

It’s possible for the video download to complete, but when the video is played it stops before the end of the class. This is caused when the download was interrupted. This may have been caused by a slow internet link or interruptions by programs like email running at the same time.  Perhaps you share a connection with other PCs and other users may be downloading at the same time!

If a download fails to complete, in almost every case, the cause is due to a slow internet connection or slow computer.

If your download video doesn’t play through to the end properly, you will need to download the video again, but before you do this you MUST find and delete or rename the existing partial download, as the new file does not overwrite the existing faulty file.

  1. Find the existing (partial) video file and delete it.  You MUST delete the partially downloaded file, or save a new download to a different name, or to a different location on your hard drive.  This is ESSENTIAL, as the new download does not overwrite the current faulty one.
  2. Download the video again by clicking on the download link in the email sent to you.  There is a preset limit to the number of download attempts (clicks to download), so please be patient:):)  If you have exceeded the limit do get in touch, as below.
  3. Enjoy your class.

There are several things you can do to help the download to complete successfully.  It is best if you close programs which are running which are not required.  In particular email as to when your email program automatically collects your email it has a high priority and may cause your download to time out.

Choose a time of day for the download when your internet connection is at its best, not early evening when everyone comes home to check email and catch up with events of the day.

If you still have problems why not try downloading the file using a friends internet connection/computer?

Watching videos on your TV

First, you must understand the difference between (1) downloading a file/video and (2) watching a video via your computer from the website:

(1) Videos can only be downloaded and saved if they have been paid for. When you purchase a video from the shop you download and store the video in MP4 format on your PC, it is then yours to play at any time on your computer.

Note: you cannot download files and save them onto an iPad or an iPhone. If you want to play the videos on these devices the download must be via a PC or laptop.

Being an MP4 video file you could be put onto a DVD and it could be played by a DVD player attached to your TV.  If your DVD player cannot play MP4 video files you may have to convert it to a compatible format before putting it onto the DVD.

Alternatively, if your TV is capable of being used as a monitor you could play the MP4 file by connecting your computer to the TV.

A third possibility is you could “cast” the video from your PC to your TV if you have the capability of doing so. This article may be of guidance but we do not give any warranty that the information provided is suitable for your application.

(2) Yoga on Demand videos are streamed from the video server and cannot be saved on your computer as a file. The only way you can view this on your TV is to connect your computer up to the TV which must be able to accept input from the computer.
